We store what you submit here, including your CV, to choose and seat guests for this event, and we delete it within 30 days of the event. We may share it with the sponsors who support the society, which is usually why people attach one. If you would rather we did not, or you want your data removed at any point, email oqts@oqts.org and we will. If you later join the society you can also add your CV to the CV book from your member account.
